Payment:  ICS accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as payment via Paypal, personal check, or money order by mail. You may also call or fax in your credit card order if you prefer (phone - 201-882-2490, fax - 201-254-8027).

Refunds & Cancellations:  Because our jewelry and photo jewelry is custom made just for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.  We cannot assume responsibility for mistakes made by you or by your client when ordering, or for changed minds. Any replacements or remakes due to ordering mistakes or a change of heart about the image submitted will be processed as a new order at your expense.  If you are unsure of anything when placing your order, please ask first.  If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately and we will rectify it.

Orders may be canceled within the first 24 hours after being placed so long as the order's status still says "Paid". If it has been more than 24 hours, or if the order status has changed to "Processing Order", "Waiting for Images", "Complete", or "Shipped", the order can no longer be canceled as it has already entered processing.

Turnaround Time:  Because our jewelry, especially our photo jewelry, is very labor intensive, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be shipped.  Although the actual turnaround time is usually far shorter, our stated turnaround time allows for the occasional backorder or high order volume.

Pricing:  Due to market fluctuations in raw material, pricing on all pieces is subject to change without notice.  ICS reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may be made on its website.

You must own the rights to any photo you submit for inclusion in your photo jewelry order.  You may not, under any circumstances, submit a photo taken by a professional photographer unless you have secured a photo release (which must be faxed to us by the photographer) from the photographer allowing you to submit it to us for your jewelry.  Even if you have purchased photographs from the photographer, you do not own the rights to the photograph unless the photographer expressly signs them over to you.  You must certify (by checking the certification box on your order) that you own the photos being submitted to your order or your images will not be accepted.  Isabelle Chase Studios, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for photographs submitted to us that violate copyright law.
