Ordering from Isabelle Chase Studios couldn't be easier!

Step 1  -  Go Shopping

Select the piece or pieces you'd like to purchase along with your chosen options (size, color, etc.) and add them to your Jewelry Box.

Step 2  -  Confirm & Submit Your Order

Proceed with the checkout process (you may use a credit card, Paypal or gift certificate, or you may mail or fax your payment (see fax number and mailing address below).  IMPORTANT:  Please be sure to proceed all the way to the last order confirmation page and press the final "Place Your Order" button or your order will not be received.

Once your order has been properly submitted, you will receive an email confirmation your order.  Please note that if you use a credit card and your order status still says "Pending" several minutes after placing your order, you payment did not go through properly.  Please resubmit your payment information to fully process the order.  You will know that your order has been successfully placed if your order status says "Paid".  Paypal, mailed and faxed in orders will have a "Pending" status until payment is received and verified.

If you did not order any photo jewelry pieces that require you to upload photos, you are finished!  You can proceed to Step 4.  If you did order photo jewelry, please proceed to Step 3 for instructions on uploading your photos.

Step 3  -  Submit Your Images

If you have ordered photo jewelry, you will need to upload photos to your order.  After your order has been placed, your order will appear in the "My Account" section.  Click on the order number of your new order and you will see all your order information.  Scroll to the bottom to find the links to browse for your images on your computer an upload them to your order.  From the drop-down menu, choose the jewelry piece for which you are uploading your photo(s), then choose and upload the photo.  If your jewelry piece has two sides and requires more than one photo, simply select the same jewelry piece again from the drop-down menu and upload your second image.  If you have trouble with our uploader, you are also welcome to email your photos to us.  Please be certain to include your name and order number when emailing images, and indicate which images go with which jewelry pieces.

Your images should be sized to approximately 600 x 600 pixels at 300 dpi (depending on crop shape, of course, but one side should be 600 pixels).  Please leave plenty of room around the subjects of your picture.  Your photo will be cropped to the most pleasing composition for your chosen piece, usually to accentuate faces.

That's it!  Your order is complete and on its way to becoming beautiful jewelry for you to enjoy for years to come!
