Should your Isabelle Chase Studios jewelry ever require a repair, we would be happy to make the repair, assuming a repair is possible. A repair fee may be required. Please email us with your situation and we will let you know how to proceed. Never ship any jewelry to us without contacting us first, or it may not be accepted.

Our jewelry is meant to last indefinitely, and as such is made from high quality materials. However, even high quality jewelry can be damaged if not cared for properly. It is recommended that you keep your Isabelle Chase Studios jewelry in the box or pouch it came with when not being worn. Always put your jewelry on last when getting ready, and remove first when getting undressed. Jewelry should never come in contact with perfumes, hairspray or harsh chemicals. Although our photo charms are waterproof, it is never recommended that our jewelry (or any jewelry that you care about) be worn in the shower, swimming or exercising. Never leave our jewelry in extreme temperatures or direct sunlight -- especially our photo jewelry, which contains resin which may become warped or discolored under such extreme conditions. Our clay tile pendants and charms are very durable, but can be damaged or chipped if mistreated. Treat our tiles with the same care you would treat a strand of pearls, always storing in its box, or in a soft pouch by itself. If treated properly, your Isabelle Chase Studios jewelry can last a lifetime.
