Account Policies
Accounts are granted only to professional photographers and are to be used solely for the purpose of providing our jewelry to their own photography clients. Under no circumstances is our jewelry to be sold in a retail store, whether online or in a physical location, that is separate from the account holder's photography business and/or that involves the processing of others' photographs not taken by the photographer unless specific prior permission is granted on a case by case basis. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the account.
In addition, anyone found to have used false or misleading information in order to secure an account is subject to their account being terminated. This includes misrepresenting themselves as a professional photographer when they are not, as well as registering with one business name, website, etc. and then using their ICS account in a different business altogether.
Isabelle Chase Studios, LLC reserves the right to terminate any account at its discretion.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is short and sweet. We simply will never sell or give away your personal information to anyone. Ever. Not even if they say please.
ICS will only use your personal information to process your order or if we have a question regarding your order, to respond to your requests, or to inform you of special events or promotions. If at any time you choose not to receive these promotions, you may opt out quickly and easily.
ICS is not responsible for the use by others of our Participating Photographers list for reasons other than what it was intended.

All materials contained on this website including, but not limited to, jewelry designs and design concepts, images, content, artwork, photography, and text are the copyrights and/or intellectual property of Isabelle Chase Studios, LLC and are protected by United States Copyright Law. These materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the written permission of Isabelle Chase Studios. Isabelle Chase Studios does allow, with permission, images from the Image Library to be used by registered photographers only for the purposes of displaying jewelry to their clientele.
In simpler terms, don't copy the things you find on this website. While one would think this would go without saying, we've learned it never hurts to repeat it. Aside from not being very nice, it's just plain bad karma and can get you into a heap of trouble. Just don't do it.
Purchase Information & Studio Ordering Policies
Payment: ICS accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover, as well as payment via PayPal, personal check or money order by mail. You may also call or fax in your credit card order if you prefer (phone - 201-882-2490, fax - 201-444-1110).
Refunds & Cancellations: Because all of our photo jewelry work is custom made just for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges. We cannot assume responsibility for mistakes made by you or by your client when ordering, or for changed minds. Any replacements or remakes due to ordering mistakes or a change of heart about the image submitted will be processed as a new order at your expense. If you are unsure of anything when placing your order, please ask first.
Once an order's status changes from "Paid" to "Processing Order", it cannot be cancelled for any reason. At this point, materials have already been purchased and earmarked for you, and work has already begun on your order.
Turnaround Time: We are very pleased to finally be able to say that we have been able to significantly reduce our turnaround time to a much more reasonable 4-6 weeks due to increased production staff and improvements to our procedures. We do ask that you understand that although we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, situations will occasionally occur that will increase turnaround time, such as holidays (please plan accordingly) or backorders. Should this occur, we will alert you and give you our best estimated ETA.
Pricing: Due to market fluctuations in raw material and labor, pricing on all pieces is subject to change without notice.
Submissions
Although we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible to e-mail messages, ICS is under no obligation to respond to all pieces of correspondence received, or to maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or to pay compensation for your submissions. Please note that all of your comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, and other correspondence submitted to ICS shall become and remain the property of Isabelle Chase Studios, LLC.
